The disposable cautery plate is a soft and flexible plate and it is connected to the device through a 3 or 5 meter long cable, which is called the cautery plate interface (electrocautery). At one end of this cable there is a connector where the cautery plate sequence is placed inside it and then it is locked, and at the other end there is a socket that is connected to the device and transmits the current to the device. This socket varies depending on the type and model of the device.

To sterilize used pen heads, first wipe the waste material on the pen head using a clean cloth and diluted disinfectant solution, then wash and dry the pen heads with distilled water. Place the pen heads in a special container to be placed in the autoclave machine and set the temperature of the machine to the maximum degree of 121oC and keep the machine on for 15 minutes and at a pressure of 15psi. Use a chemical or biological indicator to ensure the correct sterilization process.

These pen heads are produced with the highest standards and are sterilized and packaged separately. All loop pen heads are made of tungsten wire in the shapes of circles, semicircles, triangles, rhombuses, etc., and the reason for this use is that it has the highest point.
